Our core work is dustless sanding, refinishing, recoating, and buffing. If your floors are dull, scratched, worn, or just in need of a refresh, we can bring them back.

We specialize in Douglas fir floors in San Francisco's Victorian and Edwardian homes, as well as red oak, maple, and other species common across the Bay Area. Owner Andy Tran is often on-site personally to make sure the work meets our standards.

Hi-Tech Hardwood Floors was established in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1998. Owner Andy Tran has sanded, refinished, and restored hardwood floors in over 5,000 Bay Area homes. We focus exclusively on hardwood flooring — from dustless sanding and refinishing to recoating, staining, and new installation — and make sure everything is done right the first time.
